How much are tickets?

Adults: $24
Seniors (65+), Military, Teacher, Healthcare/CFR: $20
Children (Ages 4-15): $15
Children (Ages 0-3): Free

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Online tickets are required to enter the gallery, please purchase your tickets in advance.

How long is the gallery experience?

You may stay and explore as long as you like. Most guests spend an average of 60-90 minutes in the gallery portion of the experience.

TICKETING AND ADMISSION

Can I pay in cash?

As part of our ongoing safety measures, Hopscotch is cashless. All guests must pay via credit or debit card for all purchases.

Do I have to sign a waiver?

Guests must sign a health and safety waiver before entering the gallery. A link to your waiver is available in your online ticket confirmation.

Can I transfer or refund my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable though we understand that life happens. If you are no longer able to make your originally scheduled time you may change the date and time on your booking via the blue “Change Booking” link in your email confirmation. You may also transfer your tickets using the same feature. If you need assistance, please email contact@letshopscotch.com with your confirmation number and details of the transfer request.

What time do I need to arrive for my timed ticket?

Please arrive as close to your scheduled time slot as possible. Those arriving more than 15 minutes late can not be guaranteed entry and may have to reschedule.

What do I need for check-in?

The QR code in your email confirmation serves as your ticket. Please complete your health and safety waiver prior to arriving. Once admitted, you’ll receive a brief overview on how to make the most of your Hopscotch experience, don’t forget to bring a pair of socks for our LED ball pit!

Can I Buy a Gift Certificate?

Yes! We offer digital gift certificates that are sent via email directly to the recipient and can be used to reserve tickets directly on our website:

ACCESSIBILITY

Is there somewhere to store strollers and other items?

We recommend leaving items at home or in your vehicle, as there is no place to store strollers and other large items. Bags may be subject to search. To fully enjoy the experience, we recommend that you carry as little as possible.

Are there bathrooms?

Yes, we have easily accessible bathrooms available for your use at any time.

Are you accessible?

Hopscotch meets ADA standards and the general space is navigable by crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, or mobility scooters. Some installations require the use of the entire body to participate.

There is limited bench seating throughout the space. We do not have wheelchairs to rent.

Exhibits do not have weight restrictions.
Some exhibits are highly immersive and use strong lighting effects and loud surround sound that may be disruptive to guests with light and sound sensitivities. Most navigable areas of the space feature no, low, dim, or colorful lighting.

Can I wear a costume?

We love uniqueness and creativity more than anyone. What we don’t love are costumes that obscure your face, have accessories, or are culturally inappropriate. Our staff will have the right to refuse you entry if we find you to be in violation of this policy.

Do you allow weapons?

We absolutely do not allow weapons. Firearms, knives, weapons, cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, narcotics, and illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited.

What is Hopscotch?

Hopscotch is a uniquely curated, immersive, and interactive art experience. We bring together artists in collaborative environments to create unique, impactful, and distinct shared experiences. We believe art can be a vessel to tell stories and illuminate important messages. Hopscotch allows artists to showcase their works in sustainable and creative ways, encourages them to be inspired by new mediums, and empowers them to reach new audiences (maybe that’s you.) We strongly believe in cultivating lasting relationships and a synergy with our staff, artists, and the local communities we are in.

Who curated the experience?

The experience is curated by Hopscotch. We are committed to creating unique, immersive art experiences that are a respite from the outside world and invoke a sense of joy and wonder in our guests.

How long is this here for?

Hopscotch is here to stay! This is a permanent art experience.
